“ We tried the hot pot here a couple months ago and loved it! This time we opted for the ramen and had a pleasant experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming here. Our waiter told us she'd only been there for just a few weeks and you would've never known. I ordered the black garlic and found it packed with flavor. The noodles to broth ratio was absolutely perfect. If anything there were more noodles than broth (not a bad problem to have). The meat was tender and fell apart easily. Would definitely come back for a warm meal after a hike! ”
“ This is my second time at Soul Ramen & Noodles Bar, and I am still very impressed. Last night, I celebrated my birthday at the restaurant. When we got there, we were told there was a 30-minute wait, the restaurant was surprisingly packed for Thanksgiving eve. However, in exactly 30 minutes, we were seated to the back of the restaurant which I preferred because the seats there were more comfortable. I quickly scanned the menu, and we decided on the Meshikou Takoyaki, Beef Buns, Spicy Chicken Wantons, and Spicy Beef Ramen. Everything was amazingly delicious and flavorful. My favorite part of the meal was the Takoyaki. The Spicy Beef Ramen was also really well done. The beef was tender and soft, and the rich broth flavorful. I tasted a hint of five species, which gave the broth a sweet taste. I was also pleasantly surprised that the ramen was free because I was celebrating my birthday. Soul Ramen is a must if you are ever in the St George, UT area. ”
“ Stopped in on our way through town and this place was amazing. All the food was great, the server was super helpful and kind. Daughter enjoyed her boba lemonade. Plus Korean bbq is always a great way to keep kids occupied. The atmosphere was pleasant and the anime was a nice addition ”
“ This place has a fun vibe, and everyone working there was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The concept is confusing, though. Technically, are two restaurants there- a ramen place and a Korean BBQ place, so you have to know what you want for them to sit you in the right part. We had the Black Garlic Ramen, which was pretty good. I asked for the garlic oil on the side, which wasn't a problem. I'd go again and try the BBQ part. They also have boba ice cream that they serve in a martini glass. If I wasn't already full I definitely would have gotten some! ”
